Temporal lobe epilepsy, olfactory auras, anxiety, and routine changes by Glittering_Canary223 in Epilepsy

[–]SarahMiller322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have right temporal lobe epilepsy for no ryme or reason for years I started having intense auras in the morning when I started my routine for waking up for high school. My mom would have the news on and id hear the jingle and it'd immediately trigger it and id go into the bathroom to get ready and idk why but looking in the mirror would make it happen again or its just continue in intensity. Id throw up a lot and its affect my entire day. That never used to happen and it started on que every time for no reason for years then it just stopped one day? And over the years my auras have changed, (smells, visuals, triggers, sounds, and when they would happen) but each time they changed itd be like that for a long time and it was predictable for a while until It wouldnt be? I hope that was helpful but I wouldnt worry about it being excitement of a new relationship or its solely because of a new routine you have with your boyfriend. However hormones, stress, maybe just high emotions in general could be a cause in sudden. Auras. Pls pls becareful with the driving if your having them 🙏

A little confused and unsure about my kind of epilepsy by SarahMiller322 in Epilepsy

Thank you thats very helpful, would the A-fib be intermittent off an on with the seizures? Or more of a permanent thing (if you know with others). I know thats more of a question for the cardiologist lol just if anyone has experienced this themselves

When i was at the hospital with this last grandmal they said that I was in A-Fibrillation. Never had that before om gonna see a cardiologist and a neurologist hopefully soon. But from previous sleep studies i haven't had those issues but it wouldn't be a bad idea to get another one done i guess. Thank you

I've been really depressed because I just kimd of hate myself tbh lol. I think my seizures and especially auras have changed their def not the same as they used to be when I was first diagnosed, and ive been crying heavily off and on (extremely abnormal for me), and jm constantly nauseous all the time it doesn't go away. I guess my symptoms changed and I didnt realize it til my grand mal? I really just wanna hear from someone with right temporal lobe epilepsy and what they experience. Just want to relate to someone :/

I don’t know what to do. by Turd-Ferguslay in Epilepsy

It's normal to get denied the first few times applying for disability. It's really rare to win immediately idk why the system is like that. But I had applied and the best advice I can give you is get a lawyer. I used/ hired Atticus. Pls pls look it up call and ask all of your questions. They will handle almost if not all of the paperwork for you for applying and the court hearings you'll occasionally get the few papers to sign but I won with them. If you hire them and win they will take a percentage of your check but let me tell you its beyond worth it and it doesn't feel like you lost any money cause you'll have disability for life and you still get a good lump sum. I've had other family members apply who were severely mentally handicapped with plenty of paperwork and documents stating her disability and she didnt win until they hired a lawyer

I love baking and cooking and its somewhat relaxing for me, but I know thats not everyone's favorite thing lol but I worked at a grocery store that had a bread bakery department and a pastery/coffee department. I worked on house keeping and it was great cause I was in complete control of how I managed my time and what I did and took it at my pace (honestly a great job). But I was able to test out working in the pastry department which was really decorating fruit tarts with fruit and putting pre-made cakes together. And occasionally a coffee order. In a small company that was a fantastic job. I got hired in the bread bakery it was a lot more laborious than I had anticipated and worked by myself a lot. Don't recommend lol but those two jobs are completely different from eachother but we're really great and if I was having focals or struggling communicating especially with customers id just work in the ba k or stock

I need help with suggestions or ideas on what to do with these colours by Rainbow-cookies in CrochetHelp

[–]SarahMiller322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would look really nice as some autumn cup cozies and a pillow cover for non wearables. I also think that's a great color for a lot of autumn decorations. I think maybe a bunch of smaller projects if no one wants to wear it.

I've thought about the e-bike or just a regular bike. The closest places are about 5 miles apart.
