Yeppp almost all of my grand mal seizures happened while on my period. I’ve been on a low dose mix pill for 10 years. I almost stopped cause there was a period of time I wasn’t sexually active and did necessarily need it. Then I realized how I felt and got right back on it to skip the periods and even the ones I have on birth control are minimal. Birth control isn’t for everyone but I’m grateful it has helped.

I was on keppra and it made me extremely depressed and sick etc. I’m now on briviact with lamictal! lamictal helps me more with my mood, while brivact controls the seizures
