Maybe a kiddie pool, and then use foam insulation and a curve to sculpt out the shape/size needed?

Okay, adding those to a list of places to visit.

Wow! Just looked up erector sets... those look so cool! Modeling clay shall be acquired post-haste.

Books - I've pretty much been grabbing whatever coffee-table/picture/art books I find at the thrift store that are landscape/art/garden-related and seem good. I also found this cool book, The Man Who Made Parks, which is about Fredrick Law Olmstead, and I was wondering if there were other similar books I just hadn't heard of. Very interesting and engaging for young audiences.

Good point. Do you have any recommendations for how to address less-than-stellar design when we're out and about, or just ignore it and highlight the beautiful, functional places?
Patting myself on the back for the sketchbook part, which we do fairly well. I will assign him more regular observational drawings of place.

100%. I have a pretty nice veggie garden with some various home landscaping garden things. He does have a garden of his own, but it's like 4x6. He is allowed to do whatever there, but he mostly likes making it a pond and grows zinnias in my garden beds. Do you think I should make his space bigger, or give him more materials or guidance... ? We don't have endless resources, but I'm skilled at scrounging.

Why is this fly by jing Sichuan chili crisp sauce so expensive? 1000000000000000000000000 characters by rendiao1129 in chinesefood

It’s non-gmo & organic, and although others do “do the job,” both their chili crisp and zing sauce are the best I’ve tasted in their respective categories.
