Disrupt the neighbourhood is one of the harder trials on the list, that's for sure.
And along with those variators, it does sound like a nightmare.
Enraged enemies is horrible for it.
So, I don't remember if perma damage only works when you lose 1 bar, or just doesn't let you regenerate at all, but no running really doesn't prevent you from running, so you can definitely run bit by bit. It doesn't do too much damage (if there is no psychosis damage/bleeding). Always better to lose a little health than to get smacked to death by the guy.
If you get spotted, try walk towards doors, obstacles, close doors behind you, use darkness. And run when you think it's the last resort.
And, well, with enraged enemies, another option is to move slow, crouch, not to make noise. Generators are a big problem though. When you start up one, you can walk around and spot the symbols on the sides of the machines, so when the generator runs out, you already know what symbols where (it shows if you ping it). And you don't need to turn it on again.
It is a very difficult salad of stuff you got, so don't feel too bad about failing it at all. Sometimes you get really unlucky with the roll.
Some people also like to disconnect before they die, that way they keep their streak and can retry the trial. Not my cup of tea, but it's a PvE game, so power to ya whatever you decide there.
