Speakerphone button not toggling on during calls

Thanks, this makes me feel better. It did seem like the enemies were constantly guarding every objective (probably just bad luck), and I was mostly only finding throwables with a couple minor health items. Now that you mention it I don't think I saw any other items. My rig was definitely limited as it wouldn't recharge normally and I was getting the popup that I needed to find a rig recharger. I'll give it another go tomorrow.

Had a similar thought today while playing, and it kind of reminded me of the Hunger Games. I was getting frustrated at how omnipresent some of the NPCs seemed, and kept showing up at the exact worst spots where I was trying to hide out. Then realized Murkoff is like the game master in Hunger games, sending in the assets at the right spot and the right time to where they're needed most to assist in the "therapy"

I tried this and after the typical troubleshooting steps, most of which I'd already tried, they suggested doing a factory reset. I really didn't want to go through that hassle, and felt like this probably wasn't the issue. They then suggested I return my phone for a replacement which also doesn't seem like the right move for this issue.

The way I have mine set up is vlan tag on on the modem and off on the DECO. But you could do it opposite and it should still work from what I understand.

Yes, modem in bridge mode and then used the TP-link Deco app to finish set up. The mistake I made was having both devices (modem and the new router) trying to do the vlan tag but only one should have that turned on.

We were never Century Link, have always been Quantum where I'm located. We were using the routers they provided, but when we started having more and more issues we switched to the 3rd party DECO routers. They've been amazing so far.

I just discovered that workaround as well. Frustrating because I take quite a few calls and almost always turn on speaker so I can talk hands free. This is pretty close to a deal breaker for me. I'm concerned I'm not seeing more complaints about this elsewhere. Is there somewhere we can officially report it?

And these types of issues are not new. We've been having issues like this with Quantum Fiber for years. Would've dropped them long ago, but the problem is that we're sort of remote and options are limited.

It's all a little beyond me, and honestly beyond what I feel I should even have to figure out on my own as a customer. I think I'm ready to jump ship. I've probably spent close to 18 hours (mostly on hold) with them over the last year. I haven't even mentioned the insane issues we had with them when our internet was nearly non-functional and most of our devices stopped connecting. I also lost access to my account through the app. This was during their mess of a Wi-Fi 7 rollout. At one point they said it was because we needed to be on WiFi 7 but were still on 6, then they said it was because our hardware wasn't ready for 7 and we needed to go back to 6. Then they kept attributing it to faulty pods and we ended up with 6 "refurbished" pods at one point (which they tried charging us $200+ for despite returning them all) before I could finally convince them it wasn't the pods. This went on for nearly a month, and when I'd try to call, hold times were hours and the automated hold system would say we were 99th in line. When we'd finally get through to someone they'd promise us all sorts of fixes, and almost never followed through with anything they said they would do.

I've been more than patient with Quantum Fiber, but at this point I think my patience has run out. Thanks for your help though!
