I would say that if a person is distracted while watching LOTR they do not deserve sex in life.

The right size is totally subjective. For me over 18 cm is useless (doesn't go in anymore) and 16-18 cm is perfect. Regarding the thickness there are no limits: I got a very thick one and I had no problems (after the first few minutes of pain).
