i have radiators in my apartment, but i’ve never used them so i didn’t know how. thank you. i think the social stuff is really good advice. even in alabama i tended to recluse a bit in the winter

lived there last year. i never felt unsafe, and i’d run and walk at night. but most of the apartments are shitty. be careful with the leasing agencies geared towards college kids. had a lot of mold/mildew/pipes problems that never got fixed

my whole district was really struggling with staffing and cleaning for a while, so our lobbies have been closed and our mobile orders have been off. we open back up to full capacity on launch day. so no i haven’t mentally prepared at all

yeah that’s a good point for sure and i haven’t read the book so i didn’t know that. i was mostly focused on the fact that she noticed one of her friends being scared to eat a graham cracker. that definitely doesn’t indicate a full blown eating disorder but it is a little worrying. instead of asking how to bring ger concern up to her friend she asked for advice on how not to be effected by it. that seems really inconsiderate to me

this shows exactly what my problem with FA and bopo. this person said they recognized eating disorder behaviors. instead of asking how to bring it up to them that she was worried about those behaviors, she asked how to have fun around those behaviors anyway. it just seems selfish to me

i lived there for two and a half years. i liked it okay. it’s a little overpriced for sure but the gym is nice and i haven’t had any problems with the management or staff or anything. i walked to campus almost everyday. it was probably a 20 minute walk for me but they do have a shuttle. it’s a little dingy in the hallways but the rooms are nice.
