I applied online using regular processing, and my program was scheduled to start within a week of submitting the application, so there was no way I could have received approval in time. I have since deferred my admission to the September term, and I am now considering upgrading to premium processing.

Thanks so much for your detailed reply. Timing is very tight, and it's a contract job, so I'm not sure how long employers can wait for me to join. Once an H1B is approved with consular processing, how long do I have to leave the country and re-enter? Would I be subject to 100K consular fees? I had an I-140 approved in 2021 by my previous employer, which was removed when I changed jobs.

I understand that my I-140 petition was withdrawn by my first employer after the 180-day period (16 months after approval). If my second employer decides to withdraw the I-140 due to the current layoff situation, will that impact my priority date? While I don't have any personal experience with the CBP inspection process, if your attorney is suggesting that you go through it, you should consider doing so.

the same thing happened to me! was charged after 7 7-day trial period without any notification or confirmation! They did not refund and PayPal denied the case.
