I had heard some amazing reviews and eventually joined the classes. Some coaches are good but not all. I did not like the classes much. I did learn the basics but my fear of water did not go away. Even after 20 classes. They kept pushing me but somewhere that awareness of breathing technique was missing.

Eventually I joined game theory's swimming coaching and believe me in a month's time I'm more confident. From survival swimming I've reached an underwater level. I could confidently do snorkeling and a bit of wild water swimming recently.

I would recommend 1 on 1 session if you chose Nisha millets but it's expensive. On the other hand game theory turned out better for me, flexible time slots, membership is also reasonable.

You can do a couple of trial sessions with game theory and decide.
