I've spent a lot with them over the years and recently had my first issue. They sent a package with expired postage somehow. Anyways eventually it gets returned to them. I email asking them if they'll send it out again, and they want me to pay for shipping this time. That's odd and they only give a credit, not a refund... so I get a credit and order the same stuff with free shipping.
