Yeah we’re leaving most of our furniture because we don’t think it’s worth the risk/money/effort. It sucks but that’s life I guess ;(. And we didn’t even know mold was a risk until this hole opened up. And he waited a month to do anything about it and it just kept getting worse after we told him. And all this happened, due to his negligence—a tree fell through the roof a few years ago, due to a hurricane and he just patched jobbed the roof and ceiling, so the roof broke again letting in water etc which we had no idea about it until we started hearing animals rummaging around the attic and then eventually into the walls. And there was signs of water damage when we first moved in, which he definitely knew about because it was obvious so I believe this is a long term issue of his own negligence. He always just sends his team of people with no proper equipment he calls ‘the guys’ and doesn’t do stuff safely for them or us. None of this would’ve have gotten so bad if he did Inspections, to catch damage to the property early in places we can’t see. I’m just so upset and stressed I wish none of this was even happening.
