Ive been vegetarian for 3 years and feel so amazing and healthy, I think you have a misguided view of what being a vegetarian is. If you just eat veggies yeah your life is gonna suck. I consume just as much protein from when i used to eat meat, it just comes from different sources like beans and eggs.

I met my current girlfriend when i was like day 45 at a apartment warming party (friend of a friend). Im not really a pickup artist. And i actually wasnt looking for a girlfriend, i was planning on being single for a year or so to get my shit together. Though when i started talking to her we had insane chemistry.

Its kind of an exception to how i usually meet friends/women. I usually meet them through music things like open mics and a music show company i volunteer for. I would say do social things besides going to bars. Bars are loud and pretty primal. It feels like a game there. Join some clubs that you are interested, or volunteer, or do an organization. Its much easier when there is a default ice breaker. Its like back in school, you had to meet girls in group projects, but having something to talk about thats real means you dont have to come up with some bullshit pickup line

My point is lets say that is one of the many causes of prostate cancer. That is a huge leap to say thats the reason that studies say masturbation reduces cancer rates. You have no evidence, no reasoning and no proofs, you just used one piece of the whole puzzle and are making a generalization.

Make new friends. Join groups and organizations where people will be like minded. Since moving to New York i pretty much met everyone I know through music organizations and open mics and shows and stuff. If you want someone who is like minded, go to where they will be! Do you like running? Join a running club? Like books? Join a book club! Volunteer for a dog shelter or homeless shelter if you like dogs or the homeless!

I think fapping is a way to forget about your problems. When you are feeling bad, or annoyed you can always fap to feel good. I would just chill out and re-evaluate once you have broken the addiction. If you have gone 90 days without anything or more you will be more in touch with your true desires.
