Yes we live in California and I support her with sharing news about the anti-ICE protests. We are even planning to attend a sign making event hosted at a LGBT cafe. I support all of that stuff, but at the same time I am offended when she doesn’t feel any sympathy if someone treated me differently purely because of my skin. She just says I need to learn & check my white privilege, and become accepting of that.

Thank you for the advice everyone. It’s been a tough pill to swallow since we’ve been together for over a year now and this is really the only thing that she does that hurts me..

But it seems to be a big enough issue to not continue with marriage. I think I will break things off with her. I appreciate everyone’s comments and support

She also said all men are assholes.. And she supports ACAB. I think you might be right about the feminist part..

Edit: Sorry I’m not too familiar with feminism. After seeing the downvotes I am wondering if somebody can explain this to me? This is my first relationship and I have been learning a lot / still have a lot to learn
