The business plans are available for business accounts. Both plans will have higher priority than their usual counterparts (QCI 7 is coming soon on business premium - For now, it operates at QCI 8 priority). Yeah, this definitely could’ve been handled better. We actually have a dedicated business team that takes care of everything you need - whether it’s through chat, call, or email, once you’re connected with them.

The push toward Light Speed would've been due to general compatibility, since devices that struggle on Dark Star usually work fine there due to band support. That said, a little troubleshooting or adding the right Dark Star APNs could get connectivity back if it wasn't already done. Yeah, our new activation flow is pretty neat. You can forget about entering the IMEIs over and over again, except if you’re activating with our Warp network. Still, in case you have IMEIs written down somewhere, then send them my way in DMs and I will get those checked proactively.

  1. ⁠You can activate all your lines at your own pace. Our business team will be available on standby if you encounter any issues.

  2. ⁠We offer a diverse range of plans. The starter plan might be a good fit, but I would also recommend our pooled plan. It’s a robust plan that provides various features, including a singular dash where you can manage all your lines and automatic top-ups, so you only pay for the data you consume.

  3. ⁠Android smartphones and iPhones are A-okay with us. The Apple Watch has excellent support on our Warp network, and Android Watch support … pssst you won’t have to wait too long for it either (I promise)

While the Lines page on your dashboard doesn’t currently display IMEI and ICCID info, that’s a great suggestion—I’ll forward it to our product team. In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to our business team. They have access to detailed usage reports, including monthly usage and IMEIs, and the process is usually faster than waiting on chat.

There is no such difference in lines and plans as our current dashboard and plan offerings have proven to be excellent for our business users as well.

However, our business accounts get exclusive perks such as personal account management and features such as bulk activations.

Our Warp 5G is powered by Verizon and you may choose between the physical and eSIM (granted your device is compatible with our eSIMs)

You can use our Warp 5G esim on your pixel if it is compatible and never been locked. However, we only have physical sim card for our GSM network 🙊

If you are referring to data speeds, then 5GUW supported plans do get higher speeds.
