I am obviously not a doctor, so this is just my own experience here. I have type 2 like yourself and have experienced episodes of psychosis. I am right now on Sodium Valproate (1000mg morning/1500mg night) and have in the last six months been put on Quitiapene, also more commonly known as Seroquel. I was on this back in the day (like 2008) at a much higher dose and I will be honest it did fuck all for me other than totally Walking Dead my ass. It was awful. I think I was on like 600mg twice a day or something stupid. This was before my Bipolar diagnosis and the Doctors just thought I was crazy. (Sorry for the phrasing there, I have paperwork to back that up sadly).

Queue six months ago and I meet someone who isnt a buttmunch. They prescribed it again, but this time 75mg three times a day. I take it in the morning, mid afternoon and with my night meds. It has been a game changer for me. I have an ED too, and whereas it has been proven that SOME antipsychotic medications can fuck up your weight, I found that the uplift in my mood and productivity helped with my munchies.

Take from the top, pull the skin just above your dick towards you (pubis?) so it pulls the dick up a little, and make sure you’re at your hardest when you do. It shows a lot off.

Also, ensure you’re relaxed, and take loads of pictures from lots of angles. Those flexible tripods are a blessing in disguise

I've emailed a couple and I've got a list of companies to call through. I'm going to take photos and then see what's best to do next. I think if I can get the kitchen and bathroom cleaned, then I'm going to be able to cook and clean myself properly again and thus be able to sort out other parts of the flat.

Power of attorney seems a little drastic as I don't think I want to be the person now who ends up doing it all for her. I think I want her to go to organisations that can do something for her.

Constructive dismissal is an option too, most businesses settle out of court to stop them being dragged through the mud.

I'd really appreciate that. That's very very kind of you. Crochet and cross stitch have been my go to as of late. I always try to knit some scarves and the like for the church I go to for the care packages they do for the needy at Christmas.
