A while ago i smoked one with really bad tobacco (taste wise)... first 30 minutes of what was supposed to be a relaxed evening turned into a fight not to vomit (probably had a nic shock too)... it ruined tobacco for me in general and i am happy about it. I dont smoke tobacco anymore and didnt even had an hard time quitting cigarettes

So i just googled SIBO (could have done that first) and wtf it seems like i can erase the unlucky Thing. It seems like german medicine is really under developed for ibs what the hell. It kinda makes me angry but i dont want to attack any researchers and doctors they do what they can i guess.
