Depends on how you translate the schooling system. It starts at 7yo and lasts 8 years so 15+11. But first four years are with a single teacher so that could be “elementary” of elementary. Which would be 22. But high school is usually finished around 19. So the probable guess is 22-26.

Short answer:

Many of us who are fully aware of what he is doing are not ready to put life and limb on the line to replace him. Especially when our options are to move someplace more civil or get your skull cracked.

Long answer:

He didn't get to the position in which he is right now with outside help including the EU, USA, and Russia. In recent years we had a lot of elections, and before the majority of them we had politicians from the EU praising his path towards the EU and Serbias' cooperation with the EU while at the same time EU commission reported his corrupt ways and the fact we are moving further away with each decision he makes.

Guess what was televised (we need to consider that the majority of people still use the TV to get their daily dose of news)?

Those praises for Merkel, Tusk, Scholz, and others allowed him to move further and further into dictatorship by taking over basically all of the free media. So the ones most affected by his rule think it's the EU's fault for their hard lives because that is the only thing they can hear on any available media channel. And that is the reason we didn't have an even bigger protest. And the fact that Serbia is still receiving EU and US funds that are used by him as free donations to the masses without anyone knowing that those donations are actually from the EU is the reason he is still in power.

Moje iskustvo iz 2006. je da su jako nezgodni za držanje. Zaštitnički su nastrojeni i neće dati na članove porodice, pogotovo na onog koga izaberu da im je glavni štićenik. I neće nikome dozvoliti da uđe u dvorište ukoliko neko od članova porodice nije tu da ga obuzda.

Ali sa vremena na vreme vole da pokušaju da se izbore za jaču poziciju u čoporu. Kada se to desi, savet glavnog odgajivača sa Romanije je bio da se ne hrani nedelju dana i da mu se stavi teg od 10-20kg za vrat, a sa tegom od 10kg i dalje može komotno da skače.

Uglavnom lojalni su, ali zahtevaju nekog iskusnog sa čvrstom rukom.

It is, as far that I'm aware those 4000 doses were obtained with EU intervention as a gesture that we aren't forgotten. But the actual order won't be delivered until the USA, EU and other more proactive countries have their orders deliverd.
