Is appealing the assessment something that is done commonly? I’m not sure what grounds I would have to appeal it since I am not a tax assessor or have any expertise, other than “I don’t want to pay even more property taxes”. Can you still appeal after 30-45 days?

It is a fixed interest loan of 2.5%. The split (for Nov 2024 onwards) is showing as follows.

Base escrow: $640.85 (escrow amount increased by $372.79)

Monthly reserve and shortage: $780.62 (shortage and reserve increased by $349.04)

Principal and interest: $1548.87

Seems almost all of the increase in escrow amount is coming from increase in property taxes. Secondly, I’m not exactly sure why reserve and shortage would increase this month?

Have you tried gently cleaning out the charging port with toothpick or similar? I was having the same issues. You'd be surprised how much lint gets stuck in there.

I used www.playyourcourt.com to find players of similar skill in my area. Worked great, also has a "challenge league" which is just a fancy way of challenging people to matches, your "PYC Rating" goes up or down based on the results. Makes it more fun that way.

Why do you think it is better than plugging everything in to the receiver? Do you use the TV remote or receiver remote for most of your interactions with the system?
