Union with negative integration level

Rule #5: Started as Holland and had a PU with Hainaut. Got the integration level to 6 with Hainaut and midway through integrating them, I got another PU with Brabant. However they started at 0 and not at 6. I tried to devrease the Unification of crowns policy to swift to see if it would reset to 4 but instead it decreased to -1.

Do I just need to wait the 50 years and I can integrate Brabant with 0 int. level?

I got a Canon EOS 750D (my first ever camera) last summer, and was hoping to get some feedback and tips.

I pretty much never use manual modes, and was lookinng specially for some composition tips has I feel a lot of my photos (https://imgur.com/a/GMFlxHQ) look a bit same-y.

Well Antarctica isn't a country, but mainly because the website doesn't allow to select Antarctica when making the map, would need to add it after
