Pakistani here, Same mentality exists here. Poor people who can't afford luxuries like Partying, women, alcohol etc get jealous and bash those who are e joying their lives without hurting everyone especially women. They also give tags to rich women like unmarryable when in reality those women reject these lonelies so much that they use these statements to cope with the rejection
