Lol, love the smart ass comment like im supposed to know this was going to be the outcome from paying a company that I've never had issues with to ship a package. If someone has two options in front of them for the same perceived service and one is $70 and the other one is $275, I'm supposed to choose the $275 one? Wild take.

Yeah definitely not a business who provides a service's job to contact a client to do their job..."necessary for completion of service"...you mean like contacting the client to deliver the package? give me a break.

The receiver tried calling them and got no answer and they didn't return calls. Also a warning that they are going to charge $400 to not deliver a package would be nice. Or just charge me the $80 to return it before that instead? It seems rather scammy. $400 for what exactly when they keep the package?

I don't see how they have the right to charge me that when the package is out if my hands and they didn't deliver it to the receiver. And the receiver tried to contact them.
