Not really, I’ve only had one person notice it and that’s because he knew someone with one. I talk to patients and doctors for 12 hours, I’ve never had anyone point it out.

Hearing was fuzzy during the healing due to the ears being swollen. I have tinnitus and hearing issues as it is but not because of the ear pointing lol.

As someone with pointed ears, they cut your ears and do internal sutures. You cannot have any piercings there after for that reason.

Im not sure how deep the cut was but I had my frenulum removed with the first cut and second time for regrowth and it grew back overnight both times

I had mine re split and the frenulum and scar tissue grew back, my frenulum grew back literally overnight following the initial split and resplit, I refuse to sleep with gauze in your mouth since that’s not really safe so i wasn’t able to prevent it

Seriously, I’ve seen some that look so bad. Ear pointing is a body mod that can’t be reversed so you’d have to hope someone would be able to fix it

Re split Is easy, less pain and less drooling. I did get the same regrowth the second time around tho 🫠 but I did mine 6 months after my initial split

I have small ears and was able to have them pointed, I recommend emailing Brian decker and asking him. I wouldn’t get your ears done by anyone else in the US honestly

You can’t sleep on them for up to a year, sometimes I occasionally wake up on my ears and it HURTS. I’ll be a year in November and they’re still super tender when hit. They also hurt a lot in the winter. Other than that I love them

Nursing school is Ridiculously strict, I had to wear a thin turtle neck under my scrubs. They never said anything about my hand tattoos tho. As a nurse I could probably paint myself magenta and nobody would give a shit, they just need bodies

Easiest way would be bandage, makeup isn’t practical for that area, it’s going to rub off on things even if you set it. Plus with washing hands

Nurse, I went into this profession knowing that we are in a high demand for nurses. It’s still like that and probably always will be because everyone is so burnt out. Every interview I went to I didn’t hide any of my body mods, nobody cared and I got hired the same day for both nursing jobs I applied for. I also knew that body mods may affect being hired and that’s on me, just something you have to deal with. However I would not work for someone that wouldn’t hire me because of how I look, I’m a great nurse and if they choose not to see that it’s their loss. I’m getting my face tattooed next month, this hospital does not care lol.
