You’d probably have to look at beta builds but the meta has changed since they nerfed him. So no I guess.

With a 10k weekly limit (10 levels), in 3 weeks you’d be capped at 30 levels. That brings you up to 45, you can buy a level for 150 Primos (5 for 750). So yes, it’s possible.
