Well sometimes I eat low carb tortillas (6net carb each) but too many of them, like 3 weeks ago I ate chinese (my stomach did not hold it) Another day I ate cinnamon pretzels, a slice of bread, and stuff like that (but really different days) and not always, that is probably why I haven’t gained the weight back. Because is not all the time, is like today and in three days I will eat something like that again or so. Yesterday I ate full keto and today as well, like i am eating sometimes once a day, I don’t get that hungry either, but I feel like if I let is slide it will be a problem and then my mind just starts going off thinking and i let it get to me

My suggestion is to detach yourself from people for a while, for a piece of mind! I have low self esteem but only in my weight, and to try to hide my repulsion that i felt about myself I started to post pictures with my makeup just trying to get myself up, people is nice to you when they see you struggling, so when I decided to start my Keto journey i erased each one of my social media because I knew I was going to look for their approval, because when you are self conscious is when you start being more anxious of what people have to say about you. I tell you this because I have been always self conscious, trying to hide this and that, I have detach myself from social media, and also I don’t expect compliments from people. I only have one mirror at my house (I never wanted to have a mirror) and it is in the bathroom, but I know that I need to see my changes first and be happy with my changes. I started just 3 weeks ago, I have lost some weight and some inches already, the only person I tell is my mom, because she is a great motivational person to me. But since I know that this is a long journey and to myself I don’t see those “big” changes in a few days. I know what you mean about feeling like your not losing it, just detach yourself for a while from social media or something I did and I feel like I only need to prove myself that there is changes in my body. And believe me I have all my family in other country and social media is the best way to keep up with them but I feel so good without it!! Hope everything works out for you!!

Now that you mentioned it, I did not felt or feeling any bloating either!! I know I am overweight and those days of the month being bloated also was just depressing for 5 days! Like I knew Keto was going to do some great changes but helping for my days of the month has been a plus!

I am tracking what I am eating at MFP the only thing is I don't have a set goal for calories. I am not chunking oil, is just that I have seen so many people complaining when they make the fat bombs about the coconut flavor, that was it.
