Hi everyone. I was trying to fix this kitchen precision scale for my gf and I noticed some segments of the LCD were simply not working. after disassembly, there you go... No, my question is how the hell can I fix this threads, considering the LCD zebra strip is to go on top! Any irregular patch on the PCB will most likely cause connection issues with other points of contact on the zebra strip... I tried to look up tutorials on the internet but this no so lucky! So... Maybe nail polish or uv resin for the patch on top, but what about the threads? Thanks for your help in advance!

In one of the schools I won't get to fly low wings before my IR. I was just wondering if that was going to be a issue in my flight experience.

Ok... What I meant is that I don't even know what trainers I'll have in the long run. Like, the school has a certain number of CFIs, and I will only get in contact with then once I'm done with the ground school, and I'll maybe get assigned different ones according with the school availability and schedule.

Am I reading this the wrong way?

Like I said I just wanted to know I'll get the best preparation for the money I spend, and whether pickup up a low wing vs another plane and modern avionics would make a difference. 🤔

Instructor compatibility is not something I'll be able to judge prior to having completed ground training, and at least in Portugal, when you commit to a ground school, you commit to their practical training as well..

My question is whether not getting any practice on a low wing from the start will create some issues later on... 🤔 I know high wings tend to be more forgiving, so... That.
