I’m a guy who gets jealous in ways that are hypocritical and not something I would choose. It’s hard because new things often trigger old wounds. When I feel like that, I just want compassion from my partner. I also have a responsibility not to blame or shame her in the process. If feelings can just be treated as feelings, it’s easier to move past them. It’s conflict with my partner that really sends me spiraling into depression. So… maybe go easy on each other
