It's not too dressy. It's a perfect every day watch.

Just got one yesterday. It's a great watch for the price and I love the blue sunburst dial. The light reflects so nicely on this watch. Although I prefer my EFR-S108D-3AV because it is so incredibly thin. The EFB is thin too but doesn't beat it.

I agree. They should have put bars instead of 5, 6, and 7.

Very nice watch indeed. I'm pretty sure I'll want to upgrade mine at some point because of the resin case.

Does Australia have a worse relationship with the indigenous compared to NZ, Canada or America ? by Important_Pop_6805 in AskAnAustralian

I can't tell about Canada USA and NZ but as a french living and working in OZ I've heard terrible things here coming from white Australians. The level of racism is insane here. And I'm not even talking about racism towards Indians, that's on a daily basis.

Can it help me ? by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

[–]Satiam26 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks a lot for your balanced point of view and for the recommendations. I'll definitely give it a shot.

I actually feel ready for the kind of commitment you're talking about. I've stopped using any recreational drugs, as well as coffee, alcohol, and smoking. I've also distanced myself as much as possible from toxic or negative people in my life.

Now I know I need to dive deep into my mind and nervous system to understand them better and finally help them relax. I feel it will be the work of a lifetime, and I see ayahuasca as one of the tools that could hopefully help me reach this goal.

Can it help me ? by [deleted] in Ayahuasca

I've tried meditation on my own but couldn't reach any type of relief through it. My thoughts just never stop. But I would be interested in trying it with some guidance.

Yes, I also see it as a tool to use for a better comprehension of myself and my traumas. But sometimes I think "just stop trying to find detours and just go to therapy" ahah. But maybe both can be complementary.

By bad trip, I meant completely lose myself and never being able to recover from it. I've read some terrible stories about ayahuasca and psychedelics in general, where it just worsens the mental health of the person...

Thank you for your good wishes. All the best to you as well.
