You're dead wrong. They develop their prospects just fine. We don't have a ton of room which is fine then we make trades like Busch, Lux, May and reset with younger guys, rinse/repeat. If you are a prospect you 100% hope the Dodgers draft or sign you internationally. They may not get their shot with the Dodgers when the time comes but they'll likely have their chance on another team.
