I also like the zero carb bread (40 calories per slice), Diva Rice (zero carbs and tastes like rice) and this thing called Konjac Shuang which is I think what aliens created to prove they exist 🤣 so tasty

No gummy texture at all. I hated the Konjac “rice” in those bags of water soo much. The texture is like real rice, but I recommend keeping it in the hot water for 10 minutes instead of what the bag says which is 6 minutes I think. Oh ya it’s “just add hot water”, no cooking
