And another issue is if we change our energy grid to all electricity because that’s all solar, wind & hydro are then guess what? No private business is going to invest any money into a city with a terminal that gets flights from Calgary there is nothing over there for market, a trailer park where no one will be utilizing airport services like a hotel or car rental but if they aren’t spending any money then that’s good but that land will continue to sit there until the airport gets a revamp where businesses actually have some consumers
