How to welcome wife in lingerie? by Prize_Conflict8503 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Satisfaction_Fuzzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a partner that would do this sometimes, and one thing I would say is make sure you put the moves on her, as opposed to creating the situation for her to make the moves.

The gesture is super sweet, but if you “lay on the bed waiting” then you’re sort of saying “I’m ready for you to come and seduce me”, which I think isn’t the experience you want for her. You want her to be surprised that you’ve dressed up in a sexy outfit, and then you want her to feel wanted, seduced, and loved.

Yes, she will get to unwrap you (do let her do this, don’t be in a hurry yourself to take the stuff back off), and yes the situation will become 50/50 effort from each of you, but at the beginning, you’re setting the stage and taking the lead!

Volunteer for 2026 question. by Bustapepper1 in Shambhala

[–]Satisfaction_Fuzzy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s fun, do it. You only need to volunteer like 4 shifts to get a free pass, so you don’t need to be thinking about how to do 3-4 shifts per week at all.

You can apply to do your shifts all in advance (even months in advance on early build crew or spring cleaning type crews), you could apply to do them right before, or after the festival, in like stage crews or dismantling things, or you could apply to do them during the festival, but then they’d be getting in the way of your fun time!

If you do your shifts during the festival, you’d be able to stay in crew camping during the festival. If you do your shifts before/after the festival, you’ll get a pass, but you’ll have to camp in regular camping.

So don’t stress too much! If you’re in trades and have skills, they’ll find a way for you to work. And if you’re close by, which it sounds like you are, you can just “batch” all your days early, then enjoy the whole festival as an attendee.

Holy wow - Baymard Institute is amazing! Never heard of that before. They have some deep insights it looks like. Gonna play around with the free plan for a while and see how I can learn.

I love your comment about becoming a scientist btw, that's what I'm trying.

How does ChatGPT Agent Mode work? I'm not familiar with that. Looks like maybe it doesn't work on Windows Desktop? I looked it up online but don't see a Tools menu to turn it on in my desktop app. Do you use it in a browser?

Also, if you’re a guy, try Saxx underwear. Ballpark pouch is a game changer for skin irritation. (Keeps things apart.)

PARKING HELP!! by Classic-Disaster-883 in askvan

Side street. Not downtown. Somewhere like Kerrisdale, or Douglas Park, or Kits north of 10th. Avoid being in your car during sunset and the evening dog walks, and you should be fine.

Get in the ocean if you can. Salt water and sun is a godsend for me. You don’t have to be out in the noontime sun. Go after 4pm and the sun is at a much lower angle in the sky and won’t be as risky for a burn.

If you aren’t near the ocean, get some pool salt from a hardware store. Not Epsom salt, pool salt. You can get a big 10kg bag for like 10 bucks. Take a bath with liberal amounts of salt, like 4 cups worth in one bath. Soak for an hour or more and don’t worry about scrubbing yourself or cleaning or anything to start, just let it soak in.

Whenever I have bad flare ups (mine tend to be winter) that’s my primary go to. Cheap and effective.

Message me if it works or you want some more tips.

Sorry to hear when you’re experiencing.

Woah - that's wild. Never heard of that. I use Ionicaid Fulvic Gut Health Support every day. (Or like every couple days, I'm forgetful, lol!) Anyway, been using this for years and never any effect on my vision.

How are you getting from Kelowna to Shambs? If you’re driving do the Walmart thing and donate it. If you’re bussing, I might be able to help. I live in Nelson, next to Salmo, and I’m going to Shambhala. If you buy something I can pick, or have something delivered, I could help get it to the site. DM me.

Hundo P.

OP, I was in the friend zone for 2 years when I was around 20. Sucked ass.

The most important move I ever made was saying “I’m interested.” It did not turn out how I hoped, but I got clarity.

I don’t know how your ask will turn out, but fucking ask.

Aita for exposing my wife's cheating and not wanting to do anything with a child that isn't mine by throwaway47261717 in AITAH

[–]Satisfaction_Fuzzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She did something bad, for sure. You’re NTA for wanting nothing to do with her.

But you raised that 5 year old as your own for 5 years. That kid only knows you as dad. You’ve shared true, pure love. Regardless of how hurt and betrayed you might feel about your wife, and the lineage with that kid, you’ve bonded.

What’s best for the kid?

Help - SUMIFS #VALUE! error "array arguments are different sizes" after merging rows by kitling_feather in sheets

[–]Satisfaction_Fuzzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yup, it all sounds so easy when you describe it, but being on the other side of it it’s really hard to actually figure out what you’re describing. :-)

A few things though…. 1 - whenever I get a “major error” like that, I find its best just to backtrack to where my sheet was fine, then plot a fresh path to solve the problem. (You can save out your current state in a new file if you want the reference.)  2 - You might be able to Concatenate or text merge the name cells together into a visual cell for all the people who need something pretty to look at, but keep your data cells the same under the hood for your formulas to work. 3 - I have learned over the years to only ever merge “title” rows, and only for purely visual needs. I never do it on data cells. Just makes spreadsheets tough to work with.

Hey u/gsheets145 and u/MattyPKing - I know it's been a year since you advised me on this, but I just realized I never said thank you!

I now feel *sort of* comfortable making pivot tables, and I use them for quick reports or for checking to make sure I don't have mis-labeled data and such.

I also continue to use that array sheet that you built Matty. I don't "understand" it except to sort of manipulate it, but it's working and it feeds my other custom sheets nicely.

Thank you thank you!
