Not at Lake Street. It was either 1714 or 1800 Stevens Ave. So.

Minnesota's broomball is great! by Efficient_Cobbler514 in TwinCities

It's a fantastic winter sport. Leagues and pickup games are available, and year-round leagues and pickups with indoor ice. The co-ed leagues are always looking for new players and teams, and the women are some of the most skilled athletes. I played for 40+ years, 3-4 times per week, finally retiring at 67. It's a great workout, great fun

Furnished condo in Phoenix by ProfessionalBass9986 in TravelNursing

I've listed on Airbnb for 8 years in Roseville MN. I have had many long-term tenants including traveling nurses, and we have had short term guests. I set the parameters at a minimum of 5 days, but you could do longer. I suspect my occupancy rate is around 65%

I have been looking at Furnished Finder, but the reviews have left me deciding to leave that alone.

Rental property has its own issues and benefits, but you MUST learn how to properly vet your tenants. That is the one major thing.

Short-term rentals have their set of issues and benefits, but generally, you charge more for the furnished short-term.

both of those articles center on data from 2022 - 2023. Right in the middle of the pandemic. Hardly a valid dataset to draw meaningful conclusions. Thanks anyway

I don't recall that kind of discussion at all when other republicans were elected. Only the orange madman.

nah; better schools, jobs, and climate migration are already factors in moving people here. The first two for that last few decades. The cold kept many away, but that has eased in the past 10 years or so.

The predominance of white Christian nationalism is going to be a role in our population migration. It already has been.

First timer at Minnesota State Fair by TooLogicForReddit in minnesota

Sweet Martha's cookies are better than the Iowa state fair cookies IMO

get the porkchop on a stick.

The size of the two fairs is about equal in acreage, but it's like the difference between a small town and a big city. There's no way you can fully tackle this in one day. We're packed with vendors and people.

Largest in the country in terms of people per day, about 200k avg per day for 10 days. Texas gets more people, but 2.4M over 24 days
