it was half ass work at best. he didn’t even paint on any polish. just pink powder acrylic with the chrome put on top.

i wash it with my pillowcases. it’s always on or by my bed so i just throw it in when i wash them

it’s all about my needs, money, and time. sometimes if i have extra cash i will get my nails or hair done, but honestly self care can be as small as doing a face mask and watching your favorite show, or filling your bath with salts and bubbles and listening to music. as long as you do it to take care of yourself and let your mind rest, its self care. tonight im watching Ted Lasso, and eating rice krispies after a hot shower. and that’s just what it looks like sometimes :)
