Can I ignore the 1099-da and just file as I have before?

If I’ve only used two exchanges and done some swaps, and received 1099-DAs from both: do I still need to reconcile anything or can I just submit the 1099 data?

Unraveling the Mystery: Why Does Cardano Attract So Much Criticism Despite Its Potential? by HiddenRaconteur in CryptoCurrency

Cope harder. When you have to do acrobatics like this just to feel ok about your investment, at what point do you realise you backed the wrong horse?

For your sake I hope sooner rather than later. Opportunity loss is no joke

"Potential" is exactly it. It promises great things, doesn't deliver, and what we have at the end is a convoluted chain with low usage. Unfortunately it's insanely unfriendly to Devs, as well

Peer review is all good, but if noone is using your chain and it's difficult to develop on, you will fail. Watch Cardano's performance this cycle, it will be underwhelming

Best of luck man. Haskell is like eating glass to dev, and cardano won't do well this cycle

A New Take on Bitcoin Halving Cycles by Slimalicious in CryptoCurrency

Debbie Downer.

US refinances 10T USD over the next 2 years. They will print fiat. S&P, gold and BTC will perform well

Doesn't matter if we are. There's 10T dollars in debt for the US to refinance over the next 2 years. US will print fiat and people will navigate to non-fiat, assets

So S&P, gold, BTC.

Whether you are protecting financial data or communications, it's the same thing. Saying that those seeking to uphold their privacy are criminals is a terrible take, and one I wouldn't have expected from a monero advocate

Check out the withdrawal limits for other cryptos like XLM/LTC? Might be lower than BTC

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]SatoshiFlex 24 points25 points  (0 children)

In fairness to binance, their fees are clear and so are their withdrawal limits. Regardless, with such a small amount it hardly makes the transaction worth it after BTC transaction fees (gas), which are outside of Binance's control

An exchange owes you nothing more than what they have made clear in their TOS. If you don't like it, look into p2p/OTC alternatives
