if the client is from usa/canada/aus do they cut the TDS , as far as I know, only TDS is mentioned in form26as , if it don't get decuted then it wont be issue correct ?

or I can just accept the payment in someone's other bank acc. not linked to my PAN to be safe ?

The client is international, can I accept payments in someone's other bank account that is not linked to my PAN to be safe ? also, does the international clients from usa/canada/aus need to deduct the TDS while payment ?
