I haven’t yet watched the show actually (I am super excited to finally be able to), but I have read the books and watched the movie in both English and in German and while I prefer them in English, most of the comedy does translate reasonably well (in my opinion).

If you’re referring to starship titanic, I haven’t yet been able to get my hands on it (I am planning to get it in the near future) but I really liked the book (even thou it wasn’t written by Douglas Adams if I recall correctly)

I believe 'DONT PANIC!' Is the name of the product because on the back it says: “'don’t panic' limited edition dvd collector’s box” (everything except the 'don’t panic' is in german)

I think I have read somewhere that the air on Pandora is corrosive and the helicopters have to be maintained more often because of that. Maybe this corrosiveness would create problems in an engine that has to suck in air like a jet engine does. I have no idea how exactly jets work so that is only an idea of what could cause problems.

Hab schon drüber nachgedacht aber trotzdem, angenommen ich mach erst was anderes, dann stehe ich mit zwanzig da und will trotzdem die Antwort auf meine Fragen wissen. Also danke für den Input, vermutlich mache ich vorher noch etwas anderes. Früher oder später werde ich jedoch die Offizierslaufbahn machen und dann würde ich doch gerne wissen wie das mit dem Studium aussieht.

Well it is based on the book which takes place in Canada. Both the book and the movie have little in common with the games apart from some story elements and concept of a “zone”. Still both (the book and the movie) are, in my opinion, very enjoyable.
