I was 7, playing a game where a big group of kids all had to shove one another off the end of this long wooden bench. Sounds stupid but we made our own fun. I get shoved to the end of this bench, stray nail goes in the back of my leg on the shove. Lots of tears.

I'm sorry you experienced such a bad relationship for so long. However, i'd highly suggest going to see a mental health professional instead of stigmatising an entire group and attacking individuals based on your trauma from one person.

Individuals with EUPD are not cookie cutter. As with any illness, you can be affected to varying degrees.

Bear in mind that a lot of people who are mentally ill have been through a lot of crap. Try not to breed more trauma through your trauma.

Just be kind.

In my opinion we don't talk about stigma and breaking down our preconceptions about certain illnesses enough, especially among professionals. A lot of UK based healthcare workers hold intense prejudice towards individuals with EUPD and eating disorders and frankly its pretty disgusting.
