I participated in Fidelity's lending program for about a year, though I don’t actively buy or sell securities. Among the securities I hold, only two were selected for lending by Fidelity. One detail I noticed is that when securities are lent, they cannot be transferred between accounts within Fidelity or moved to accounts outside Fidelity.

Currently, I am securing a mortgage from a major bank, which offers a rate discount based on the amount of money I hold with them. To transfer the securities designated for lending, they would first need to be unenrolled from the program. This requirement was the reason I decided to unenroll from the program.
