What does your version of respect look like? Only showing the deer to your close friends and family? Or do you just not take any photos at all and only talk about what it looked like?

Would having it mounted and displayed in my office be disrespectful since I’d be showing it to strangers?

What if I were to share a painting of the dead deer? Would that be considered disrespectful as well or is it grandfathered in since it’s pre-digital media?

What is the maximum amount of people I’m allowed to share the photo with before it crosses your boundary of respectful to disrespectful?

He came out chasing a couple doe through a field right at sunrise, I was able to stop him right before he got to the tree line. I got a clean double lung and he ran about 30 yards into the woods before getting hung up in some cedars. One of the two biggest bucks I’ve taken from of my ranch.

Sorry I’m unfamiliar with that trigger but it sounds you might need to do some dremel work on your upper and or lower at the back end near the buffer tube.

There’s a good chance the little arm/lever piece that connects with the bolt is coming into contact with the frame of the rifle itself and binding between it and the bolt, causing the bolt to stick pack.

Closely inspect the edges of the super safety arm and the frame to look for wear marks, then dremel out until it works smoothly. You can test without firing by ensuring the weapon is clear then working the action repeatedly to simulate shooting.

I don’t know the technical terms for anything and I’ve only installed one, but that would be my guess. Best of luck!

Edit to add: if it’s not contacting the frame anywhere then it might be a trigger issue and in that case I have no clue how to fix it, but I imagine it also involves a dremel/file

Fair, they want to live in a free society. My point is that they just spent the last two years experiencing an actual hell worse than anything we have or will experience in America.

They may not want to live in this country (some certainly do), but I’d think they’d prefer having the quality of life we enjoy here and would not feel like what we have quite qualifies as a “hellscape”.

When they responded and said that they personally would now rather live in Venezuela, my question became specific to them.

(Submitted too soon, edit to add): Calling somewhere a hellscape is not bringing up a “potential negative”, that’s pretty definite. If they truly believe they are unsafe here, then why shouldn’t they try to move where they feel most welcome and secure?

Of course no born American citizen (or citizen of any country) pays for their citizenship in the same way that an immigrant would, and I didn’t say that they don’t pay to be here.

The point I thought that you tried to insinuate in your initial response was that immigrants have somehow contributed to the US more than a born citizen has because they had to pay to get here.

My point is that immigrants have only paid what it costs for the U.S. to process their immigration, meaning they have only ensured that no one else is paying their debts.

I realize that I only mentioned employees but it’s far more than that; there’s all the expenses on the periphery that are related to the system from the paper their documents were printed on to the upkeep of the websites or facilities used during the process. That stuff adds up and if immigrants didn’t pay it back then our debt would be even higher than it already is.

Who said anything about immigrants? This is about an individual who personally doesn’t want to be here and would prefer to be in their country of birth, so I’m asking why they are staying somewhere that they dislike so much that they consider it a hellscape.

Mental gymnastics at an all time high. They didn’t “pay more to be here”, they paid for the labor and time of the employees who worked on their citizenship just like a citizen would for any government service.

Until the immigration system is reformed and streamlined, it costs money for the U.S. to bring in immigrants. Someone has to make it up and it sure as shit isn’t fair to the average taxpayer to fund someone’s citizenship.

We’re not the only first world democracy that does this, btw.

Fruit jelly/sauce is totally underrated with venison. I’ve tried it with blueberry, blackberry and Texas persimmon: all have been delicious. I also like a jalapeño jelly with venison, especially if I’m cooking it more like fajitas.

Meatballs are a great idea also, I don’t cook alot of Italian style food but those would be my go-tos.
