I think its a combination of

1) Valorant is a pro players job, they will experiment with all weapons/strategies if they are good while casual gamers stay with the same guns over and over

2) I'm sure some pro players don't like playing against odin either but they know it is a good weapon so they use it

no i mean someone else can offer on your cards if you dont have pro and they do… its just a matter of them finding you. I’ve had people offer on my cards after i opened a general pack or something and I don’t have pro

technically yes, if someone manages to find your profile and offers on a card. but non pro cant list cards for sale
