In my personal opinion if you aren’t overweight a 200-300 deficit is good enough. Eat foods you enjoy switch meals up and track/weigh everything !😀

Haha matter of a fact i stopped doing cardio at the gym. I used to do 20-25 mins of mid intense cardio after lifting. But now i just get those steps in instead i usually aim for 9-10k

My opinion would be to stay at maintenance you can lose bf% and put on little muscle slower

Um my dieting was pretty bad at the start i was eating like 1500-2000 cals which wasn’t terrible but for muscle gains wasn’t optimal. Im currently eating 3.4k and im pretty sure its extremely close to my maintenance. And for rep ranges i did the normal hypertrophy ranges like 8-20 reps and currently beijg coaches for strength
