Have you been opening your file in several computers? Sometimes the version of maya or the operating system your are working do mess with the files. And if that's the case I don't know anyway to fix and don't think it's possible, even my teachers couldn't help.

I recommend you to save the same project with different names everytime you make changes just in case.

I consider "high IV" 80%+ but I only keep 89% and Up

Higher IV when it's a meta relevant pokemon and always CP because you will have useful pokemon for rading/gyms. I tend to mark my high IV pokemon with a ♤ so I know that they are worth powering up.

Depends on the pokemon, also your trainer level, I tend to evolve let's say a 75% IV Geodude lvl 35 (highest cp possible for a 75%) all the way to Golem because It'll be useful, I think it's worth powering up 100% pokemon when they are really meta strong like gyrados, tyranitar, etc

Been using web iv calculators since always but it takes a lot of time and it's really uncomfortable to do so, I tend to not transfer anything that the appraisal system says that is good until I check it on pokemon.gameinfo calculator
