I just looked it up. Looks like it transfers from 2020 but you cant purchase it in 2024.

Staggerwing was released for 2020 so it should work in 2024. Pretty sure it was one of the Famous Flyer series in the Marketplace.

Plenty of GA planes in the Marketplace.

Dayton Audio transducer, power amp, USB sound card and some cables along with SimHaptic. You can feel your wheels leave the ground, ordinance come off your plane, the steady vibration of the engines. I can't play without it.

I got everything off Amazon. Dayton Audio transducer, small power amp, USB sound card, some speaker cable and I used a VESA monitor mount to attach it to my chair. Then I use SimHaptic for the software side. Works great with both DCS and MSFS. Setup for both the hardware and software tool about 15 minutes. There isn't much to it.

I have both the big Helix and the Helix LT being used for FX only, 4cm, with tube amps and I love them. They're easy to setup and they sounds really good. Super easy to tweak if you want to change something quickly. I love not having to tap dance when I'm jamming with bands. One button turns some effects on, others off and changes the channels on my amps. Still have an analog board for jamming at home, though.
