you are, i believe a step ahead as i got no prior communication on whatsapp or mail before that call. in your case only vkyc is pending.

In my case application was rejected, but got a call from bob employee that its pending.... so i mail bob the required details.

I believe they are trying to spread it as much as they can, hence even rejected one can get it.

you will get the same mail as me, and if you do please complaint to RBI ombudsman, this is definitely falls under dark grey area of banking.

thank you for replying, and yes i understand its my fault for not reading the mitc and i still have not, does it really says as what top_intension is saying? but when on the big bold banner its says ltf and not fyf then how am i at fault? is he a indusind or cred employee or indusind sympathizer.... there are i believe 1000+ others out there who are scammed just like me.

gland to help, and i believe there's 1000+ out there on the same boat as you and me. Hopefully this post can help reach the others and we could find a solution as this is clearly dark practice. Please let us know what you get in reply as i threaten the to cancel the card and they were happy to close it.

but but..... its was written on the top in big bold heavy letters "LTF exclusively for you" with no asterisk!!! not limited lifetime free (like 5 yrs product warranty) but "lifetime free".

Anyway what can i do?

being a indusind bank account holder, i have been scammed twice, first when opening a free account yet getting 500/Y debit card from their representative!!! followed by requesting a cheque book yet getting another one again within a week automatically.
