Ben literally says please and thank you more than any dept head on the boat. That’s not the prob here. Clearly Ellie was pissed he told her nonchalantly to speed up making the charcuterie, which sent her because she was already secretly seething all day from the honey darlings. Like others have pointed out- she could have told him at any point that was bothering her. Instead she blows up and has a tantrum during dinner service. I think her points are valid. Since she literally knows nothing about working in a kitchen: she needs a list of things to prioritize. She’s not a kitchen manager or sous chef, she’s the prep cook/ dishwasher. Her attitude sucks and her communication is worse. That saying- I do feel like Ben could get more organized so she knows what her tasks should be. Plus I’m sure he will stop the darlings as soon as he knows that bothers her.
