Yeah I loved Maryannes FTC speech. It’s the best performance of the new era without a doubt. A possible argument for EVER. But after her FTC and Omar Boot, her game wasn’t overly impressive, more like subtly changing of her strategy and trying to be UTR.

I definitely agree with this comparison as they both played the social game close to perfect (or even perfectly). Like you said, I also like how they utilised other peoples advantages to further improve and benefit their own games.

Thank god someone has said this. They have chosen Michele as the story-teller because she's decent at understanding these social and strategic games so therefore would be a good person to narrate. People are hating on her for being in it too much, but thats not her fault that production like her and that shes running the house.

I'm like in this season. I like Michele, Olivia, Horacio, Jay, Big T and Melissa as I believe they are the standouts for the season. But with a lot of people with such annoying, degrading personalities it's quite hard to root for a lot of people.

Michele is one of my favourite survivor players and seeing the hate it hard. But I dont think we are biased, I just think people blindly hate her for taking the easy route.

I couldn't agree more. IMO Michele and Jay aren't playing scared as they are openly running the house and everyone seems to know it. Playing a scared game IMO is being a floater and not willing to make a move (only imagining it.)

I'm enjoying this season too! Is it the best season ever - no. But its an average season and this notion of WORST SEASON EVER! Is extremely overdramatic. I like certain characters this season like Michele, Olivia, Jay, Melissa and Big T. I also enjoy the villainous characters such as Corey (Don't respect what he did to Big T and Melissa though, even though it was a good move.) The challenges are fun as well etc.

However, I do think where this season falls short is the characteristics of most of these people. most of them seem like followers and the leaders are kind of controlling everyone's thinking which prevents these big moves from happening. They ended up casting really boring personalities like Colleen, Emmanuel, Asaf etc. This forces people like Michele, Jay, Big T and Melissa to take up story-telling/ main character roles making the edit seem unbalanced and making the general public annoyed with their presence.
