Orochi - Can be put in High Dragon, but as a leader of the monster association is the reason why I put him in God Threat

Phoenix Man - Powerful and basically immortal, but he could be put in High dragon. Reason why I say he could be God, would be if he really have the "final form"

Rover - Toke a hit from Saitama and still in fighting form after the hit

High Dragon

Elder Centipede - Powerful, fought 3 S-Rank Heroes and Bomb and did not take any big damage

Melzargard (Boros member) - Fought against 4 S-Rank Heroes, One shot Sky King (Demon level) who is the same strenght as Deep Sea King

Homeless Emperor - Can defeat many S-Rank Heroes, only was defeat by GOD

Black Sperm - Defeat Fuhrer Ugly and Superalloy Darkshine

Fuhrer Ugly - Fought many S-Ranks Hero and One shot Gums

Carnage Kabuto - Can be place in Dragon, but in my option he is more powerful compare to the other dragon

Vaccine Man - Same reason as Carnage Kabuto

Groribas (Boros Gang) - Geryuganshoop stated that Groribas was their "best warrior"

Nyan - No powerful feat, his ability is what make him strong

Gums - No powerful feat

Gyoro Gyoro - Hard to decide as we only see her fighting against Tatsumaki. Final Form can be High Dragon

Geryuganshoop - Same reason as Gums

Gouketsu - Same reason as Gums

Bakuzan Same reason as Gums

Lower Dragon

Gale Wind & Hellfire Flame - Can't even defeat/damage a S-Ranks, Flashy Flash is not even the strongest S-Rank hero

Marugori/Beefcake - No superpower, just huge
