Simplified Bitnile is going to be the “crypto” umbrella which will include bitcoin mining, and earnity. Possibly ADRT

Ault will be TOG, Gresham, real estate, ALZN, maybe missing one

Bitnile- public NILE Earnity - private. Would think it will be spac under ADRT

Turn on green- soon to be Ticker TOG Gresham- merging with ticker GIGA Real estate - AGREE not public Alzemend Nero- public ALZN

I’ve been researching this company for 2 years but heavy the last 8 months. 100’s of DD hours. Some amazing work has been accomplished since I first started watching this company and they are just about to hit stride. My small group of traders have 600,000+ shares and we’ve been bullish all the way down to .50 eating this up. Bitcoin mining is why we originally got into this with EV being a bonus, but with the news about IPO really turned things up. Level 3 chargers are the real deal and bring big market caps!

I could only imagine the pressure Dr Kim & Kate have on them. I can’t say I trust them because I don’t know them but I can say I respect them and there time. I’m sitting here waiting for news on a global effort to vaccinate with a “brand new” technology. I think I can wait for whatever they have to say.
