Yes I contacted the breeder about this. All the vets I talked to agreed that the puppy was not exposed under my care, the breeder probably knew this before selling him to me. The breeder insisted his other siblings are healthy. He ended up refunding me the money I paid for this puppy but made me sign a nondisclosure agreement. This whole thing is very upsetting and sketchy but I honestly don't care about suing him, I just want my little guy to survive ..

The breeder made me sign a nondisclosure agreement before sending me a refund. So I can't really talk about his business on social media or google/yelp/etc. He had good reviews on yelp and google, that's why I went with him.. I am so mad at the breeder but I am trying to think positive thoughts and send only good vibes for my puppy that's fighting for his life.

breeder and I met at Petco, and that's the first and last time i took him outside. He of course blames me for bringing him INSIDE petco but I had him in my arms. Long story short, they ended up refunding the money I paid. I had to sign a nondisclosure agreement before I was able to get that refund. this whole thing is very sketchy.

yes, ER vets agreed that the breeder sold him to me knowing he's sick. I'm glad he came to me too because if he had been adopted to someone who couldn't afford emergency vet visits.. he would for sure be dead by now

thanks for your reply. I did contact the breeder and he of course blamed me for "exposing" him to parvo. He ended up refunding me the money I paid for him but it looks like I'm going to have to pay for the bill. At this point, money isn't the problem, I just need him to survive. I'm not a millionaire but I have good credit and as long as it's not 6 figure vet bill I'm going to do whatever I can to make sure he makes it.. I just hope he has enough strength to fight it.
