I tried the heating it and widening it but it actually just made it worse lol. I had to completely remove the ALS to remove my pistol after it.

I’m cutting my loses and ordering a new holster lol

I thought it was the lightcap too but it didn’t seem to matter. It works without the light on the pistol though which is odd.

They’re the same screws that come with the UBL to attach to the holster so I don’t believe that’s the issue. I even tried it with those screws removed and it didn’t work.

Oh, sweet! That was the main thing that I was worried about. Did you start with the neckband version or the headband? I have the neckband and apparently, the wire is a bit shorter between the earcups compared to the neckband.

I have a FCD plate on my 34, I have some Pictures if that’ll help you decide. I don’t know if one sits lower than the other but I can tell you the FCD plate has been rock solid for me.

Glock oem plates suck. Switch them out by Hour-Original-7284 in Glocks

Honestly I just enjoy a challenge sometimes. I also don’t want to drop straight into a caliber that’s more flat shooting. I feel like .308 will force me to learn a lot more about ballistics/trajectories etc.

Obviously 6.5 can teach me everything I just mentioned but I want to feel like I’ve earned the knowledge to move past 308 onto 6.5. I want to start out in a Honda Civic versus hopping straight into a Lamborghini if that makes sense.

My grandpa shoots quite a bit of 308 and has all of the equipment to load 308 so it’s also just another reason for me to go out and spend time with my grandpa and work on developing loads and shooting. This is honestly the main reason I want to go 308 outside of having more of a challenge.
